Who provides fofit

fofit is provided by jobwright, Inc., a Delaware C corporation incorporated on August 6, 2026 and registered in Delaware under file number 10726531.

The address of the Delaware registered agent is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. The agent is Legalinc Corporate Services Inc.. This address is not an operating or customer service office. To contact the operator, use [email protected].

What fofit is

fofit is an app for personal trainers and their clients. In it, the trainer follows the clients connected to them, and the client follows their workouts, records their progress, schedules sessions and exchanges messages with the trainer.

Account and access

To use fofit you need an account, created with email and password or with your Google or Apple account. Each account has one role: personal trainer or client.

Relationship between trainer and client

Training services are provided by the personal trainer to the client. fofit is the tool both use to stay organized. When a client connects to a trainer, that trainer can see the client's training data, including measurements and body progress photos.

Payments for trainer services

When online payment is available, payments are processed by the providers PagBank and Pagar.me. To pay, you must provide identification data (CPF, address and phone number). To receive payments, the trainer goes through the account verification these providers require. A record of a payment made outside the app does not move money through fofit.

Platform subscription

The app has two plans for personal trainers. The Free plan allows up to five active clients. The Paid plan allows unlimited active clients and includes the artificial intelligence assistant and automatic creation of Google Meet links, when the service is available and the Google account is connected and authorized. Programs and workout tracking, the exercise catalog, history and progress, scheduling, messages and notifications, records of charges and payments made outside the app and manually added meeting links are included in both plans. Client accounts do not buy an app plan. Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and by the App Store or Google Play where the purchase was made. They are separate from services contracted with a trainer.

Artificial intelligence assistant

The artificial intelligence assistant is a Paid plan feature for personal trainers. Use also depends on the service being available and on usage limits. The tools may look up the training and profile records of the clients the trainer is connected to and authorized to follow. This use does not depend on an additional authorization from the client, and clients have no AI sharing control. Records are looked up when a tool requests them; they are not all sent automatically when the connection is made.

Processing is done by OpenAI, through LiteLLM. Each request asks the provider not to store the content (store: false), without guaranteeing that nothing is retained. The messages the trainer writes are also sent to the provider and may contain names, health data or other personal information, even when that information is not part of the fields the tools look up. The data looked up and the data not included are described in the Privacy policy.

The assistant's answers and suggestions may contain errors or be incomplete. The trainer remains responsible for the training decisions they make and for what they write to the assistant, including clients' personal and health information.

Ending or suspending the connection prevents new lookups about that client and resets the assistant's saved context the next time the conversation is generated. An accepted account deletion request also ends the connections. Earlier messages may remain visible to the trainer; stopping access does not delete content already sent to the provider.

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.

Account deletion

You can request deletion in the app, under “Settings” > “Delete account”. Once accepted, deletion can be undone within 30 days, and it can be refused while there is a pending contract, payment, scheduled session or payout. Use of the account and content

Keep your account details accurate and protect access to your account. Do not share your password or use another person's account. Post only content you have the right to share, and respect other people's privacy.

Do not use the app for harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud or spreading illegal content. The app lets you report and block a person you have or had a connection with. Reports are sent to the operator for review.

Cancelling sessions and trainer services

Check the terms of the service you accepted and the cancellation rules shown in the schedule. Cancelling a session is not the same as ending the contract with the trainer and does not, by itself, result in a refund.

When a contract is recorded in the app, the client can request to end it, giving the reason and the intended date. The trainer reviews the request, and the app shows the decision. For services agreed outside the app, handle the cancellation directly with the trainer.

Refunds

Ending a contract does not automatically refund earlier payments. When online payment is available, the refund request, its approval and the return of funds by the provider are separate steps. An approved request may still be waiting to be processed; follow the refund status in the app.

Payments made outside the app are only recorded by the trainer. fofit does not receive or return those amounts: talk to the trainer about a refund. In any case, the rights provided by law still apply, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.

Cancelling and refunding the subscription

Manage the app subscription in the App Store or Google Play where it was purchased. The app provides access to subscription management and purchase restoration. Cancelling renewal and requesting refunds follow the store's procedures and the rights provided by law.

Deleting your fofit account does not cancel the subscription in the store. Check your subscription in the store before requesting deletion.

Responsibilities and training safety

The trainer is responsible for the service they offer and for the prescription they send to the client. The client must tell the trainer about any limitations relevant to training. The app organizes information and does not replace medical assessment or professional supervision.

Suggestions from the artificial intelligence assistant must be reviewed by the trainer. Changes proposed by the assistant are applied only after the trainer confirms them; a suggestion does not guarantee safety or results.

Features that depend on connectivity, stores or external providers may become unavailable. This does not remove each provider's responsibility for its own obligations or limit the consumer rights provided by law.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top of this page identifies the version of the text. Changes to how the product works and to the law may require a review. No review, by itself, changes the price and service terms of a contract already accepted with the trainer.

This text is still a draft subject to legal review. The final terms and how future changes will be communicated must be approved by the operator before final publication.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Brazilian law applies, including the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) and the General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) where applicable. You can contact support to try to resolve a problem without giving up your right to turn to consumer protection agencies or the courts.

Any disputes will be handled by the competent court under the law, respecting consumer protection rules. These terms do not impose a venue that restricts your rights.
